Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The original Navis Gear hat tag must be attached

  • The hat must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

To initiate a return, email TIM@navisgear.com.  You will receive a Return Authorization with details on how to send your item back.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not process exchanges directly. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a separate order for the new item.

If you believe you have received a product that is defective, please take pictures of the product and send an email including your order number to: TIM@navisgear.com
